On Monday, July 8, Cox started a new Twitch live stream titled "Sketch Of The Union" and addressed the situation, confirming that she was featured in the leaked OnlyFans video that recently surfaced on social media.

After starting this new livestream in a state of shock that 70,000 people had already joined, Cox began to explain himself. "That's me. That's me," he said. "It's okay, but. I'll tell you what... okay. Two years ago, I did some things. I apologize if you have seen some of those things. You know, I'm a changed person."

Cox followed up with a "joke" referring to President Bill Clinton's remarks about Monica Lewinsky, which were broadcast on television in January 1998. Clinton ended his speech by saying, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman."
