Steve Raleigh's son Carter Raleigh's Violence Video Goes Viral on Social Media, Receives Various Comments!

An unknown person shouted: "Are you serious? He hit a fucking woman!"

The CPD incident report states that "a male named Carter pushed the other parent." It has not been confirmed who was involved in the assault, but Carter Raleigh and Morrow were involved in a traffic accident that led to the assault.

The Boathouse manager told CityBeat that the restaurant has no parking lot surveillance footage as no cameras were active during the incident.

Jeff Brogan, vice president and general manager of WCPO, issued the following statement on July 12: "We are aware of the incident involving Steve Raleigh's family. The case is still under investigation and no charges have been filed against anyone at this time.

Steve has shared his side of events with our leadership. His account matches the unnamed police report, and matches what we reviewed in the video. The video does not show the incident from start to finish. We will continue to monitor the official findings."

According to Morrow-Stickrod's post and the traffic accident report, both parents were treated at UC Medical Center. In her post, Morrow-Stickrod said her mother suffered a concussion, skull fracture, brain hemorrhage, bruising to the back of the head, and cuts and bruises to her arms and legs. Her father also suffered a concussion, the post said.

"They are well-known people locally and I think they believe they are immune to the law," Morrow-Stickrod said in her post. "I feel like so much time has passed without any arrests and it's hard to continue watching my mom struggle."

According to CPD Lt. Jonathan Cunningham, the incident is still under investigation.

"It was a traffic accident that led to an assault and our officers were called," he told CityBeat. "Our investigators are working on the case."
